Our own crews handle traffic management end to end, or standalone for contractors and councils who just need the plan executed. Most jobs arrive with drawings and permits already agreed by the client; we build the layout to that drawing and put it out on site. Emergency bursts are different: there's no drawing waiting, so the team has to find a diversion route on the spot while the water's still running, then get it drawn up and submitted fast. Every plan is built as a CAD diversion drawing, checked against bus stops, parking suspensions and road markings before it goes out.
We can do the whole process, but on most jobs the main contractor already holds the permits and drawings; we build the traffic management to that plan and get it on site.
Other works already booked into the same area, or a council asking for a different layout than what was submitted. Either way it means going back, adjusting the drawing and resubmitting before work can start.
