Cullen Utilities is a water and civil engineering contractor working across London and the South East. We take care of everything a water network needs for replacing and reinstating a water asset. Our jobs are managed in-house, from clean water, trunk mains and tunnelling through to drainage, civils and the traffic management above the works. Emergency or planned, we plan it, build it and reinstate it.
